AIR-PIPE Web-based Email

AIR-PIPE provides five (5) complimentary email accounts with activation of service. If you have not yet activated any of your AIR-PIPE email accounts, please contact our customer service department to activate at your convenience. See pricing for additional email account options.

CUSTOMER EMAIL LOGIN
AIR-PIPE provides a web-based email service, which means you can check your email anywhere you find an Internet connection. Simply click on the email icon at the top of this page to view your email from any Internet location. Google and other web-based email providers.


General Mail Settings required for third-party mail apps

To set up a third party email client, the following information will be required:

 You should set your mail type as IMAP. 

Incoming Mail (IMAP) server names and settings:

Import AIR-PIPE email to your Windows desktop/laptop

The following tutorial is provided as a courtesy to our customers to help you configure your mail software to work with Air-Pipe/Moosebytes/Wow-Tel Server.  Third-party software is not supported directly by AIR-PIPE. If you have further questions about configuring Windows Live Mail, please visit http://support.microsoft.com/.

You can use your email immediately by using our simple webmail application at https://mail.air-pipe.com.

REQUIREMENTS

Before you start, be sure you have these handy:

  • Your incoming and outgoing mail server name: mail.air-pipe.com
  • Your email address: yourusername@air-pipe.com (or moosebytes.net or wow-tel.com) 
  • Your email password.

CONFIGURE WINDOWS LIVE MAIL

  1. Open Windows Live Mail.
  2. You will be prompted to create an email account.

 

  1. Next, enter your Account Settings.

  • Set Server Type to  IMAP.
  • Incoming server: mail.air-pipe.com
  • Port: 143
  • This server requires a secure connection (SSL) should be unchecked.
  • Log on using: Clear text authentication.
  • Login ID: yourusername@yourdomain.com
  • Outgoing Server: mail.air-pipe.com
  • Port: 587
  • This server requires a secure connection (SSL) should be unchecked.
  • Please check the box for My outgoing server requires authentication.

You should now get a success message. Please continue:

  1. After you select “Finish” and close the box, you will get a message that your folders are downloading

  1. Please verify that your folders are correct, then click OK:
  2. You should now be able to send and receive emails:

 

TIP:

  • If you can't send or receive, try using our webmail application at https://mail.air-pipe.com. If webmail is successful, please check your Windows Live Mail settings again.
